Fitzness Friday Workout

Check out this great workout I designed that works your quads, abs, glutes and triceps.  I used a 6lb. medicine ball, but you can also use a bouncy/backyard ball that is lightweight if you are at a beginner level. Here's the songlist I used to complete the workout:
