(60 minutes): Color out of the lines!  This class promotes creativity among people of all ages and abilities.  This is dance for wellness, for expression and for human interaction.  We inspire, we celebrate, we collaborate.

"Book Cook" in home cooking parties.  A fun way for children to learn about math skills, nutrition concepts and international cultures while also promoting literacy. I provide all materials, props and even costumes.

"Dance Jam" classes for adults (60 minutes):  This class consists of an intensive 15 minute warm-up, followed by a block of 45 minutes in which participants learn and perform new choreography in various styles each week.   Styles include belly dance, modern dance, jazz, hip-hop, burlesque, afro-jazz and contemporary.

"Dance Jam" classes for girls (60 minutes): Ballet, hip-hop and salsa fusion class.

"Dance Jam" classes for boys (60 minutes): Hip-hop, salsa, jazz or break dance fusion class.

Meal Planning and Nutrition Counseling:  Do you have a particular lifestyle or diet goal?  Ready to abstain from meat and other animal products?  Not sure where to start?  With seven years of experience, I can guide you through the process of becoming vegetarian or vegan in a healthy, sustainable way.  It's time to make food special and valuable again!

Online or Face-to-Face Personal Training Sessions (60 minutes): Please note that I am currently located in New York City.  I am available for home or office training sessions.  I also provide corporate and small group training sessions.

Piloxing fusion classes (60 minutes): Pilates + dance + boxing.  This trio makes for one calorie-busting, body-toning, 'can't help but bop along' class.

Restorative Yoga (60 minutes): This class is a deeply relaxing method of practicing yoga.  Given props, you can achieve postures without much muscular strength, which facilitates deep release in the connective tissue and calms the nervous system.

Wellness Coaching:  Do you know how the six domains of wellness are influencing your life?  I can guide you through the process of living your best life--helping you identify strategies to improving your health and wellbeing.  These strategies stem from Western philosophy along with traditional Chinese medicine.

Yoga for Families and Children (45 minutes): This class moves at an energetic pace to engage the attention of little yogis and creates the foundation for a healthy and lifelong bonding activity and connection.  No prior yoga training is necessary.

Yogilates fusion classes (60 minutes): Improve your flexibility, posture and strength, relax your mind and sleep better at night with this rejuvenating mix of Hatha Yoga, Ballet and Pilates.

Zumba classes (60 minutes): Zumba dancing is best described as a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music.   Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop. I guarantee you — you will have TONS OF FUN!  Zumba is an effective aerobic workout that also targets your legs, abs, glutes and arms.  Zumba has something for everyone — all shapes, sizes, male and female.
