Food prep featuring GARLIC

Do you like the flavor of garlic, but hate chopping it up every time you want to use fresh garlic?
Well here's the solution....Prepare your garlic for the week during your Sunday food prep!
It's easy peasy!



Step 1: Mince the garlic (the picture above is from one full bulb).
Step 2: Store it in a glass container.
(plastic is no bueno because then it will absorb the smell of garlic).
Step 3: Pour olive oil into the container, enough to cover the garlic.
Step 4: Stir the mixture, cover and store it in the refrigerator.
Step 5: Use the garlic within the week, and use it without abandon!
Just don't forget your toothbrush and paste! ;)
