So you're on the go..
It's hot out..
You're thirsty..
Should you grab this drink?
Or water and a fruit cup?
If you guessed the water and the fruit cup, you are correct!
If you've been reading my blog for some time now, you know that I keep saying the same thing:
Stay close to the earth!
Fruit juice from concentrate does not come from the earth.
Sugar is added in the production of fruit juice from concentrate.
A better choice would be to grab a bottle of water and a fruit cup on the go.
For example, the standard fruit cup from Starbucks has 80 calories, .5grams of fat, 20 g of carbohydrates, 3g of fiber and 20mg of sodium.

Not to mention the fruit cup costs $3.65 and the water is free if you ask for it at the counter, versus the "Naked" drink that costs $5-6. depending on the retailer.

There’s a special warmth in every homemade recipe that can’t be found anywhere else. I love how even simple dishes taste extraordinary when made with fresh ingredients. From stews to tacos, each recipe feels like a new adventure in the kitchen. Baking cookies or cakes is my favorite because they not only taste good but also make the whole house smell delightful. The joy of cooking lies in seeing the happiness it brings to family and friends. Homemade meals are more than food—they’re moments, memories, and emotions shared together. Every bite carries love, care, and comfort straight from the heart. fogonero pez
